K1 Skill Prep LIVE In-Person Class

Use the Kinstretch method to prep skills like squat, straddle, overhead shoulder and forward fold!

What you'll get:

  • K1 skill prep mobility, Thursdays starting 3/7 7-8pm ET

  • Gain insight on how to break down sport skills to their foundational pieces to identify and address weak links 
  • Coaching support with access to an expert coach 10 minutes prior to class, during class for feedback, and for 10 minutes after class for specific questions

This is structured as a live 1 day a week class for 4-weeks, but you will have access to class resources and replays until April 4, 2024.

*Winter 2024 classes will be virtual only.

Mask will be optional per city rules. Virtual attendance is an alternate option.

I am voluntarily participating in the online and/or in-person Cultivate Movement mobility program conducted by Andrea Kushman.

 

I recognize that the program requires physical exertion that may be strenuous at times and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

 

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the above-mentioned program. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the program.

 

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage known or unknown which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. Such injuries may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to shoulder, or any other illness or soreness, including death.

 

I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Andrea Kushman or Cultivate Movement for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

 

I, my heirs or representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Andrea Kushman or Cultivate Movement for any injury or death caused by their alleged negligence or other acts.
